Our exchange program in Sydney offers you the opportunity to enroll in the prestigious University of Sydney with access to hundreds of disciplines and more than 200 student clubs.
Ranked 45th in the world in the 2015/16 QS World University Rankings and consistently within the top three in Australia, the University of Sydney is one of the country’s leading research-intensive universities and oldest member of the prestigious Group of Eight.

Please remember that courses in Australia are called Units of Study. Fall semester = semester 2, and spring semester = semester 1.

Housing - On campus housing is available in shared rooms located in residence halls within walking distance to campus.

Internship Placement - Credit-bearing industry or research placement run internally by the Sydney Abroad team to facilitate best-fit matching between student and host.

Program Costs:
You will be billed for UR tuition.  Room and board, airfare, health insurance, visa fees and personal expenses are separate, but any UR aid you receive applies towards these costs.  See your financial aid counselor for information about scholarships and other aid. 
Note: You are automatically eligible for a $2,000 per semester exchange grant.
